If you want to box up samples and mail them to us, that’s great! Please package each sample individually in their own container or bag to ensure no cross contamination. Ziploc bags or cloth sample bags work the best. Plastic grocery bags easily rip and tear. Please note your sample may be damaged during shipping. We accept samples as is upon receipt. You will be notified in the event sample contamination is suspected.
First, print out our Chain of Custody Form and fill it out.
For samples sent through the Postal Service, please send the samples to the PO Box.
